Richard "Rick" Troxell

Richard "Rick" Troxell, of Marcellus passed away at home on Friday, June 26, 2020 at the age of 68. Richard was born on August 2, 1951 in Three Rivers. He was the son of Richard and Carol (Wright) Troxell. He was married to Geneva Robb. Richard has been cremated and no services are scheduled at this time.
