Martin Racz

Martin Racz Sr. passed away on February 9, 2020. Martin was born to Gabor and Agnes Racz on July 8, 1926. Martin proudly served his country in the US Navy during World War II. Martin worked for many years and retired from James River. In his spare time, he was known to have a book in his hands, filling his head with knowledge, and would either be reading about trains or world history, two of his biggest interest. Martin is survived by his sons; Tom Racz of Portage and Martin (Debra) Racz Jr of Edgewater, FL.: his step children; Cheryl (Jake) Zoutendykfrom of Bradenton, FL, Richard Huffstutter of Portage, and Ronald (Judy) Huffstutter of Delton: as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Martin was preceded in death by his parents: his wife of 55 years Evelyn Racz: son; Jerry Racz: and step sons; Teddy Huffstutter, Timothy “Wade” Huffstutter, and Donald Huffstutter. Martin will be missed dearly by all who knew him. Cremation has taken place per Martin’s wishes. The family is being assisted by Avink Funeral Home & Cremation Society, 129 S.
